About us
Caféva was founded in 1983 by Eva Nylén and has been at the heart of Haga ever since. We serve homemade vegetarian food in a setting that feels more like a warm living room than a restaurant.
Every day we make a new soup from scratch, bake our bread and cakes on site. Our herb bread roll with flavourful Gouda cheese has become a neighbourhood classic. We also offer vegan options — just ask the staff.
Our coffee and tea are organically grown and Fairtrade-certified, because that matters to us. We're a café without pretension — just honest, good food in a cosy setting.
